In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Glamour Posh, and “you” means the person using the website or buying from us. We sell to consumers in the United Kingdom.
2. Using this website
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
- Please use the site lawfully. Do not try to interfere with it, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to send harmful or misleading content.
- We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
- If you create an account, keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Our products and compatibility
- We take care to describe our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.
- Our products are accessories for PS5 controllers, and some also fit PS4 controllers. Each product page lists the controller models it fits. It is your responsibility to check compatibility before you order. If you are unsure, email us first.
- Fitting replacement shells and parts involves opening your controller, which may affect any manufacturer warranty. You should follow a trusted guide and take care. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect fitting.
- Glamour Posh is an independent retailer, not affiliated with or endorsed by Sony Interactive Entertainment. PS5, PS4 and PlayStation are trademarks of their owner and are used only to describe compatibility.
4. Placing an order and forming a contract
- Our website shows how to place an order. Please check your order carefully before you pay, and correct any errors.
- When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We will send you an email confirming we have received it. That email is not our acceptance.
- A contract between you and us is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock or the price shown was wrong, we will tell you and refund any payment taken.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (£). We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full when you place your order. See our Payments Policy for more details.
6. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery charges and times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will deliver within 30 days of the contract being formed unless we agree otherwise.
7. Your right to cancel and our returns
You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, and we offer 30-day returns. See our Returns & Refunds page for how to cancel, return items and receive refunds.
8. Faulty goods and your legal rights
Our goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a product is faulty, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, summarised in our Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
9. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including the Glamour Posh name, logo, text, design and our own photography, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce or use our content commercially without our written permission. Product names and brands belong to their owners.
10. Our responsibility to you
- We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your legal rights as a consumer, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
- If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable.
- We are not responsible for business losses, because we sell only to consumers for personal use.
- Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.
11. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier disruption, strikes, fire, flood or government action. We will tell you as soon as possible and do our best to minimise the delay. If the delay is long, you may cancel the affected order and receive a refund.

13. Communications
When you contact us, or we contact you, we will use email unless we agree otherwise. Notices to us should be sent to business@glamourposh.online.
14. Complaints
If you have a complaint, please email business@glamourposh.online with your order number. We will acknowledge it within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution provider. Details are available at gov.uk.
15. General
- Changes: we may update these terms. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.
- Transfer: we may transfer our rights and obligations to another business, and will tell you if we do. You may not transfer your rights without our written agreement.
- Severability: if any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
- No waiver: if we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still do so later.
- Entire agreement: these terms, together with our policies linked above, are the whole agreement between you and us about your order.
- Third parties: a person who is not party to this contract has no right to enforce it.
16. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring claims in the courts of your home country, and the laws of your home country may also apply. Courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
